Designed as an isolated pod, at the corner of the site overlooking the expressway, the idea was to create a more intimate space maintaining the communal privacy. The adaptation of the concept was from a traditional courtyard space that lies as a center of activity within the realms of Indian community.

The swimming pool became the center of the courtyard flanked by a covered amphitheatre that would not only act as a visual and an acoustic barrier between the club and the expressway but, also give a chance to perpetuate a community lifestyle. Rest of the spaces were located around the pool and their terraces treated as permanent roof gardens reducing the load on cooling as well as adding a lovely roofscape for the residents above.
