Designed as the Corporate office for the Krrish Group, an upcoming developer firm in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR; this building marks the first M:OFA project, to be inserted within the Urban environment of glitzy Corporate Gurgaon.

Keeping in mind the climatic factor and designed as a Green building, the language of the façade with vertical and horizontal fins along with the double skin stone lattice screen safeguards seals it from the harsh summer climate, still letting it breathe through the gaps in the double skin lattice. The interiors have been kept fairly formal yet using materials like reclaimed wood and stone.
