Panjim Tower

Panjim Tower is an upcoming proposed mixed-use development for the State Government of Goa .

One of its kind, the highest signature tower of Goa at 75 meters, the form of the tower is almost reminiscent of an Old Ship, perhaps a ship suspended in space at the illustrious medieval Goan Port. Standing symbolically between the up-wordly-modern Patto Plaza & the traditional part of Goa. The tower stands deeply rooted in its soul looking ahead at the future.

An innovative concept of WORK-PLAY-MEET, the office complex brings in an inherent quality of life to its working population. Taking cues from the much needed Goan Work-Life balance, it brings top of the line international standards & amenities to the workplace with large green accessible public plazas & breakout spaces at the lower levels of the building visually and physically connecting the people to the boardwalk.

The Panjim Tower will soon be a much sought after address with Premium Office spaces, Convention & Banquet facilities, food courts, cafes, bookstores, revolving restaurant on the roof giving a 360 degree panoramic view; 24 X 7, hypermart, a sky bar, gardens in the sky all available under one roof with complete utilization of 300 FSI.

With a three side open site next to the State Library in Patto plaza, Panjim, the ground is designed as a large multi connected public space with a series of urban plazas dotted with cafes and high street shopping. Floating over the public building lies the convention center with unobstructed views to the city while its roof serves as the largest intensive roof garden to the towering office blocks above. The towers have been responsibly designed with floor plates & office sizes which allow maximum penetration of daylight to save energy costs as well as optimal office sizes to give the most effective per employee area utilization. Photovoltaic cells, Passive night Ventilation to bring down the latent heat in offices, STP water for flushing & landscape, Low emissivity glass, LED fixtures, Smart sensors & security systems are just some of the long list of green practices incorporated to bring down the carbon footprint of the building.
