MYSTICAL TO ETHICAL — Manish Gulati

A House on Gwal Pahari — M:OFA Studios
Located in Satbari, New Delhi, this 10,000 sq.ft home by Manish Gulati blends with the rugged Gwal Pahari terrain using local stone masonry and natural rock retaining walls. Floating, cloud-like roofs connect earth and sky, while seasonal water channels, solar systems, and rainwater harvesting ensure self-sufficiency. The design celebrates stone, light, and landscape, offering a poetic, site-sensitive response to nature’s raw beauty.
